Returns & Exchanges

Need to return something? It's easy at Yoga Sandals! Pending inspection, we can accept returns for most merchandise for up to 30 days from your date of shipping, and we will be pleased to issue a refund of your purchase price minus all shipping and order processing fees, which are not refundable, in the form of store credit. As you may expect, we ask that you return your purchase in unused, resalable condition with its original packaging intact. We recommend trying shoes/sandals with clean feet and no lotion or oils on a carpeted surface to prevent scuffs and scratches. Please read below for specific instructions regarding your merchandise return:


Return Details
To be accepted for return, items must be in the original purchase condition including the original packaging, documentation, manuals/inspections and all parts and accessories. Any item that you receive with tags must be returned with all tags intact and attached (not cut or ripped off). All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any way. Returned merchandise that does not meet these requirements may be subject to a damaged goods fee, or be sent back to you with no refund issued.

Please allow up to 15 business days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise. After your merchandise is accepted for refund, a credit for the purchase price will be issued in the form of store credit.

Footwear Returns
Footwear must be in its original, unworn condition. Be sure to try on footwear inside on carpet before wearing outside. No visible wear – this includes damage/scuffs to the outsole, or visible footprints on the footbed. Footwear returned as an unmatched pair (different left and right) or smells of perfume or lotion will be returned with no refund issued. Sanitation fee may be applicable. Returns shipping is to be paid by customer.

Hosiery/Sock Returns/Soaps
Hosiery, socks, and soaps cannot be returned.

Returning an Item by Mail
Please email customer service to obtain an RMA # before returning any products, your return/exchange may be refused without an RMA#. Please email us for assistance to arrange return shipping on any products and or if you are unsure of which products are covered under this warranty. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with Your Name, Order Number, and your direction to either exchange for a different size or return your purchase for a refund.  Please wait until you gain a response from us to ship your return. Again, we ask that you return your purchase in unused, resalable condition with its original packaging intact.

When making a return or exchange, we highly recommend obtaining a tracking number for your return shipment. This will not only serve as your proof of shipment, but also allows us to process your return/exchange in a timely manner.

Exchanges & Returns Address
When mailing back, please include a note with your name, order# and further instructions in how you'd like us to handle your order. In the event of a return or exchange, we require that you return the goods in brand new condition at your own cost. Any tags missing or cut will not be accepted. If we have made a size mistake we will send you the correct size. Orders can be canceled if we are notified before shipment. Please refer to  Cancellation.

Shipping Costs on Exchanges
Return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer. For instance, if you received your item with free shipping, upon exchange, the customer must pay to have the item reshipped, despite the price of the item.

Refused Shipments
Yoga Sandals does everything it can to get your order to you in an efficient and timely manner. Upon receipt, should you choose to refuse delivery of the shipment, and allow the shipment to be returned to us, your order will be refunding in the form of store credit. If you received a Free Shipping promotion, the shipping and order processing fees that would have been charged, will also be deducted from your refund. If you paid the usual shipping and order processing fees associated with your orders, these will not be refunded as per our regular Return policy.

Return to Sender
Packages returned to sender (packages returned to us without Return Authorization) will be credited in the form of store credit.

Returning a Gift
When returning a gift for refund, at this time, Yoga Sandals is only able to provide the refund directly to the purchaser of the gift. If you would like to exchange your gift for another item, we will be glad to do so. Please refer to our exchange policy in the section.

Late Returns
Under our returns policy, pending inspection, Yoga Sandals can accept returns for most merchandise for up to 30 days from the date you receive it, and we will be pleased to issue a refund of your purchase price minus all shipping and order processing fees, which are not refundable. Returns received after 30 days will be returned to you with no refund issued and a late returns processing fee may be charged.

Defective Products
Items in warranty deemed to be defective will be repaired, if the product cannot be repaired, the item will be replaced. Defective items cannot be returned, unless, after 30 days the product cannot be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer or if the product is covered under our return policy. Defective item will need to be returned at customer's expense, and we will pay to ship back the new or repaired item.

Restocking Fees
A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returns refunded to original method of payment, if granted. This 20% restocking fee will be waived if refund is in the form of store credit. Store credit has no expiration and is fully transferable (Makes a great gift!) If store credit is used towards a replacement pair, and then returned again, a 20% restocking fee will apply towards store credit for each subsequent exchange or return as we do not resell used product. A refund cannot be granted to original method of payment once a store credit is used to purchase or exchange for a new item, refund will be made in the form of store credit.

Delivery Inspection
You must thoroughly inspect all of your packages before accepting delivery. If your package is significantly damaged or if cartons or items are missing you should not accept the delivery without contacting us first.  If you refuse delivery, you must note on your shipping receipt refusal due to damaged contents and a detailed description of the damage. All damages or missing items must be reported to Yoga Sandals, Inc within 2 days of receipt of merchandise. If your item(s) are damaged during transit and damage to the package is not noted on the shipping receipt as described above, Yoga Sandals, Inc will not return, exchange or reimburse any portion of the sale.

Other Returns And Exchanges
Items can not be returned because of shipping delays which are often out of our control, unless a delivery date was guaranteed in writing by an associate at Yoga Sandals, Inc.    Other returns and exchanges can be made on a case by case basis with approval of a Yoga Sandals, Inc associate.  Please call customer service 877-780-6977 before purchasing any item of which you are unsure about the return policy we'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.

There will be no fee charged for canceled orders if canceled before it ships.  Custom orders and used items can not be canceled for any reason unless approved in writing by Yoga Sandals, Inc.  If approved, custom orders and used items will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. If your order has already been shipped, buyer is responsible for all shipping charges in addition to the restocking fees. All Clearance sales are Final and non-refundable nor exchangeable.

Orders made from outside of the USA are not allowed
There will be no exceptions. If by chance you're able to put an order through from outside of the USA using a false address, it will be cancelled and refunded in usd as it was paid in usd. We are not responsible for conversion rate differences. Outside USA orders are not allowed, no exceptions.

Product Availability
Due to product availability and manufacturer discontinuations, Yoga Sandals, Inc has the right to cancel any order at any time and issue a full refund.  You will be notified via phone, email, or other reliable address you have provided in the event such instance should occur.

Manufacturer Warranty
If it is determined that an item is covered under warranty, the defective parts or products may need to be returned before replacement parts or products are shipped out. All products purchased from  Yoga Sandals, Inc come with our Original Manufacturer Warranty.  New products purchased with no additional warranties are limited to our Original Manufacturer Warranty.  No other warranties are expressed or implied unless otherwise noted.
