If you own a business and have a current sellers permit (USA) or license number (Canada) -- simply print and complete the following two pdf files:
1. New Account Profile (Required Form)
2. Terms and Conditions (Required Form)
3. Register An Online Wholesale Account
4. Fax or email the two forms after signing, and include a copy of your sellers permit to keep on file.
Different states have different names for this permit - California (Seller's Permit), New Mexico (CRS), New York (Certificate of Authority), you can gain this from your taxation department if you don't already have one for your business. It is required to purchase at wholesale rates. Please contact your local city hall for further assistance if you need help locating this document. Thank you.
